I’m an insurance broker specialising in private medical insurance/employee benefits for SME’s (1-200) staff in the main.
I create quotes from BUPA, AXA, Aviva, Vitality and others, negotiate the rates and present back my findings to businesses and individuals.
For a business’s well-being it requires its staff to be healthy. Sick staff at work (presenteeism) or staff off work creates a number of problems both monetary and motivational. Private medical insurance and the perks it brings can help alleviate these stresses.
